It has been 2 days there must be a major problem with Blogger's server.    Their Status Blog also can't be contacted.   I just hope that this email posting is working.

To aide memoir D1=day 1, EOS=express overnight service, SS=standard service, NEW=new purchase, SOLD=napkin sold.

As I have removed this photo from the background I think this deserves a space here. I must be having my newly brought digital camera with me in the car. After work it was and with normal traffic descending towards Victoria Park.

New look with music touch (blogspot)

Can't resist to put a bit of music touch on my blog.    The background is music for Sarabande of Bach's Partita No 2 in C minor.    This beautiful short movement I have done with ease now I'm working on the next one Rondeau.    Rondeau, marked Allegro Vivace, is far more difficult and I have only done 1 pages out of 3.    My valid excuses are my recent bronchitis and QM examination.

My blogspot blog has a new look

Just tweaked a bit on the look of this blog. Forgot most of the HTML tricks already may be I need to acquire a book on this. I successfully, at the end, linked one photo as the background of this blog although you can only see the strips on the side. It was a photo I took above the bridge going down to Causeway Bay on one evening, of course the car wasn't moving. The sunset was beautiful. Well to see the whole picture you can go to my site at sfong15 as the photo is a public one.

I have also applied AdSense and I hope to start writing more stuff here to attract readers, stay tuned.Just tweaked a bit on the look of this blog. Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star

Today I have heard boyboy singing "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" in tune for the first time. He may have done this before as he likes singing these days. Too bad the "goal" I set for myself 3 years ago to learn Twelve Variations on "Ah, vous dirai-je Maman" K 300e didn't come true....I was too ambitious.

Boy at Piano

P8170431This last photo has gone because I deleted it from Flickr thinking that might save some storage quota there! Now learnt that photo is shared between sites so I can't remove it from Flickr.

MSN spaces, Yahoo Flickr and Blogger

Try this poly8081 or this poly8081 or this My Flickr

Overall I have tried all 3 these people have offered. HELLO has not been stable in uploading photos although I quite like PICASA in managing photos in my notebook. Just found out that MS also has a Photo manager within Office 2003 but that's a long way from their competitors. Looks like MS don't care about impact of photos in the new internet community. I think there must be something that everyone is rushing into blogger, photos management software etc. MS has been notorious in catching up what customer wants.

The MSN spaces is a classic example of what MS don't know the trend since Google has shaked the way people do things in the Interent. I took me far longer time in setting up my MSN spaces and far more reading of instruction to do. Later I tried Flickr which is far more easier to do. Because of the HELLO server not working Flickr's desktop uploading tool did a very good job. The whole thing was done in less than 15 minutes. I think I'll delete the MSN spaces very soon.
