This month as expected I haven't done a lot, just 31.1k total.
This week I did walk + jog a few times. I could manage 30-40% of jogging time that's about what I could do at the moment. At this speed, if I could sustain the distance, I could do a 10k run in 85 minutes. I doubt I could sustain it but I'll try one day.
The next concern would be temperature as summer is approaching. I guess I wouldn't be running too many days during the week instead I may try swimming for a day or two. That could help slimming down my upper body and improve my BMI a bit which would help running.
